RevOpt Consulting

Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

RevOpt Consulting (operated by Torin Ford, "we") designs, builds and manages websites, lead generation, CRMs, automation and AI systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

Visitors to this website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Like any website, our hosting provider and Google Fonts, which supplies the site's typefaces, receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads.

If you contact us or book a consultation

When you email us or book a consultation, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it only to reply, prepare for the consultation and send a proposal. We don't sell it or add you to marketing lists. If you book through our scheduling tool, that provider processes your booking details for us.

Clients

We collect the business and contact details you give us to deliver and bill our services. Where a system we build or run handles your customers' information, for example leads, bookings or messages, we process it only on your behalf and as our agreement with you sets out.

Service providers we use

We use established providers for email, file storage, scheduling, hosting and the systems we build, such as Google Workspace. They process information only to provide their service to us. Some store and process information in the United States and possibly other countries, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards as long as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're in British Columbia and aren't satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC. People in other provinces and in US states may have similar rights under their local laws.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
